Firstack products cover a wide range of voltage and current ratings: Gate drivers support devices from 650V to 6500V with various current capabilities. Power stacks are available from 10kW to 500kW+ for different applications. The 2FSC0435+ driver core can drive IGBTs up to 1700V/600A or equivalent SiC devices.
