FC-CSP (Flip-Chip CSP) provides improved thermal performance and is commonly used for mid-range to high-end applications. QFN (Quad Flat No-lead) packages offer easier assembly and better accessibility for debugging, suitable for applications where board space is less critical. DFN (Dual Flat No-lead) packages provide a balance of size and ease of use.
