The fault output combines all protection signals (OCP, SCP, UVLO, OTP) with a minimum pulse width of 1.8ms to ensure reliable detection. Clear the fault by disabling the enable input or cycling power after removing the fault condition.

Xinleineng IPMs include internal bootstrap diodes, requiring only external bootstrap capacitors. The bootstrap capacitor supplies gate charge for the high-side IGBTs and must be recharged during the low-side conduction period.
