XHSC offers three main MCU series based on different ARM Cortex-M cores: 1) M0 Series - Based on Cortex-M0/M0+ with clock speeds up to 72MHz, ideal for cost-sensitive applications requiring basic control and communication. 2) M3 Series - Based on Cortex-M3 with clock speeds up to 120MHz, offering higher performance with hardware multiply and divide, suitable for industrial control and complex algorithms. 3) M4 Series - Based on Cortex-M4 with clock speeds up to 168MHz, featuring DSP instructions and floating-point unit (FPU), perfect for motor control, digital power, and signal processing applications. Each series offers different memory configurations and peripheral sets to match specific application requirements.
