Description
The SKYPER 42 LJ is an advanced gate driver designed for high-power SEMiTRANS 4 IGBT modules. It provides ±15V gate drive with up to 15A peak current for fast switching of large IGBTs.
This driver features comprehensive protection: desaturation detection with soft shutdown, active Miller clamping, overvoltage clamping, and undervoltage lockout. The fault feedback enables fast system response.
With reinforced isolation and high noise immunity, this driver is ideal for demanding industrial applications with high-power IGBT modules.
