The SKYPER 32 R is a compact dual-channel gate driver board designed for SEMiTRANS IGBT modules. It provides reliable gate drive with ±15V output voltage and up to 8A peak gate current.
This driver includes desaturation protection for short-circuit detection, active clamping for overvoltage protection, and isolated DC-DC power supply. The electrical isolation exceeds 4000V.
