The DSEI60-06A is a high-performance fast recovery diode featuring 600V reverse voltage capability and 60A average forward current. With 35ns reverse recovery time and soft recovery characteristics, it minimizes switching losses and EMI in high-frequency applications.
The TO-247 package provides excellent thermal performance with low junction-to-case thermal resistance. The diode's 1.3V forward voltage drop at rated current ensures efficient conduction with minimal power loss.
