MIXA75PD600TS
600V dual IGBT module with 75A current rating for lower voltage motor drives and power supplies.
Product Overview
Description
The MIXA75PD600TS offers 600V 75A capability optimized for 220-240V AC applications. The lower voltage rating provides improved conduction characteristics compared to 1200V devices, making it ideal for single-phase drives and appliances.
Featuring advanced trench-gate technology with Vce(sat) of only 1.45V, this module delivers excellent efficiency for cost-sensitive applications. The compact 34mm package simplifies mounting and thermal management.
Perfect for single-phase motor drives, appliance inverters, and lower voltage power supplies requiring reliable 600V switching.

FAE Expert Insights
"The MIXA75PD600TS is an excellent choice for 230V single-phase applications. The 1.45V Vce(sat) is outstanding - much better than 1200V devices. I've used these in HVAC drives, appliance inverters, and pump controllers with excellent efficiency results. The 600V rating provides adequate margin for 230V systems with PFC. The switching losses are low enough for 8-12kHz operation, enabling quiet motor operation. For thermal design, the module is quite manageable - even moderate heatsinks work well for 50-60A operation. This is a cost-effective alternative to 1200V modules for lower voltage applications."
