The HFV4, HFV6, and HFV7 series are automotive relays with different current ratings and applications: HFV4 is a 20A PCB mount relay ideal for BCM, lighting, and auxiliary circuits

HFV6 offers 35A capacity with plug-in terminals for power distribution and HVAC applications

Hongfa automotive relays are designed with silver alloy contacts that handle high inrush currents typical of automotive loads. Lamp loads can have 10-15x inrush, motors 5-8x. The HFV series contacts are rated for these inrush conditions without welding.

Hongfa automotive relays offer PCB mount and plug-in mounting options. PCB mount (HFV4, HFV21) integrates directly into control modules. Plug-in with bracket (HFV6, HFV7) allows field replacement and is common in power distribution modules.
