What is the difference between MOSFET and Triac SSRs?

MOSFET output SSRs are designed for DC load switching with low on-resistance and fast response. Triac output SSRs are for AC loads and provide zero-cross switching to minimize EMI. Choose MOSFET for DC, Triac for AC applications.
