SL30T65F is a 650V 30A field-stop trench IGBT designed for mid-range motor drive and power conversion applications.
With 30A continuous collector current and low saturation voltage, this IGBT provides excellent performance for 3-7kW drives.
The device includes integrated anti-parallel diode for bridge configurations.
