Description
The SKiiP 39AC12T4V1 is a compact intelligent power module integrating a complete 3-phase inverter with 39A output capability. The built-in gate drive includes short-circuit protection, undervoltage lockout, and interlock functions.
This module features Trenchgate IGBT technology for low losses and high efficiency. The integrated current sensing eliminates the need for external current sensors in many applications.
The compact package and minimal external component requirements make this ideal for space-constrained designs such as servo drives and small HVAC systems.
