Description
The SKM400GB12T4 is a high-current SEMiTRANS 4 IGBT module designed for demanding industrial applications. With 400A continuous collector current, it can handle motor drives up to 200kW.
Advanced Trenchgate technology provides excellent trade-off between conduction and switching losses. The module is optimized for switching frequencies from 2kHz to 15kHz typical for motor drive applications.
Robust construction with direct copper bonded (DCB) substrate ensures excellent thermal performance and long operational life. The integrated NTC thermistor provides accurate temperature monitoring.
