The SKM200GB12T4 is a SEMiTRANS 4 IGBT module featuring two IGBT switches in half-bridge configuration. With 200A continuous collector current and 1200V blocking voltage, it is ideal for high-power motor drives and inverters.

This module uses Trenchgate technology for low conduction losses and optimized switching characteristics. The integrated NTC temperature sensor enables reliable thermal monitoring.
