The SKYPER 52 is Semikron's highest power gate driver, delivering 30A peak gate current for the largest IGBT modules. It supports series-connected IGBTs for very high voltage applications.

This driver features advanced protection including active short-circuit protection, dynamic active clamping, and comprehensive fault management. The reinforced isolation system ensures safety in high-voltage applications.
