Description
The SKKD 162/16 is a dual diode module in standard SEMiTRANS 2 package. With 162A average forward current and 1600V repetitive peak reverse voltage, it is ideal for three-phase rectifiers.
This module features low forward voltage drop for high efficiency and excellent thermal performance. The electrically isolated base plate simplifies heatsink mounting.
Standard SEMiTRANS 2 package ensures compatibility with industry-standard heatsinks and mounting hardware. The module is RoHS compliant.
