Description
The RS6350 is a low-noise 5V precision reference featuring 3ppm/C temperature coefficient and excellent long-term stability. It provides stable reference for precision analog systems.
With ultra-low 3μVp-p noise (0.1-10Hz) and 0.02% accuracy, the RS6350 ensures minimal reference noise in sensitive measurements. The device includes trim pins for fine adjustment.
Operates from 7V to 18V supply. Available in SOIC-8 package.
