Description
The RS6240 is an ultra-precision 4.096V bandgap reference featuring 0.05% initial accuracy and 5ppm/C temperature coefficient. It provides stable reference for high-resolution data converters.
With ultra-low 5μVp-p noise and exceptional line/load regulation, the RS6240 ensures maximum accuracy from 16-bit and 24-bit converters. The 4.096V output provides convenient LSB sizing.
Operates from 5V to 18V supply. Available in SOIC-8 package with enhanced thermal performance.
