Description
The RS6220 is a precision 2.5V bandgap voltage reference featuring 0.1% initial accuracy and 10ppm/C temperature coefficient. It provides stable reference for data converters.
With low 10μVp-p noise and excellent line/load regulation, the RS6220 ensures accurate conversions. The device operates with supply voltages from 2.7V to 18V.
Available in SOT23-3 and TO-92 packages. No external components required.
