Description
The RS6210 is a low-power 1.25V bandgap reference optimized for battery-powered applications. It features 0.2% accuracy with only 50μA supply current.
With 20ppm/C tempco and low dropout voltage, the RS6210 operates from supplies as low as 1.8V. The shutdown mode reduces current to 1μA.
Available in tiny SC70-5 package for space-constrained designs.
