Description
The RS7133 is a low-Iq LDO providing 3.3V output at up to 500mA. It features only 25μA quiescent current and 1μA shutdown current for battery-powered applications.
With 250mV dropout at 500mA and 60dB PSRR, the RS7133 provides efficient regulation for digital and analog circuits. The device includes thermal and current limiting.
Operates from 3.8V to 6V input. Available in SOT23-5 and SOT89 packages.
