Description
The RS7118 is an ultra-low-noise LDO providing 1.8V output at up to 300mA. It features 200mV dropout voltage at full load and exceptional 80dB PSRR at 1kHz.
With only 10μVRMS noise (10Hz-100kHz), the RS7118 is ideal for powering sensitive analog circuits and data converters. The enable pin allows power sequencing.
Operates from 2.5V to 5.5V input. Available in SOT23-5 and SC70-5 packages.
