Description
The RS1640 is a 4-channel 16-bit SAR ADC with simultaneous sampling capability. It enables precise multi-channel data acquisition for industrial control.
With 500kSPS per channel, ±1 LSB linearity, and simultaneous sampling, the RS1640 is ideal for motor control and power monitoring. The ADC includes sample-and-hold circuits.
Operates from 4.75V-5.25V with SPI interface. Available in TSSOP-24 package.
