RS1240
High-performance 16-bit SAR ADC with 1MSPS sampling rate, SPI interface, and low power consumption.
Product Overview
Description
The RS1240 is a 16-bit successive approximation register (SAR) ADC featuring 1MSPS sampling rate and SPI interface. It provides excellent DC and AC performance for data acquisition applications.
With ±1 LSB INL/DNL, 90dB SNR, and low 10mW power consumption, the RS1240 delivers high-resolution conversion with minimal power. The pseudo-differential input accepts 0-VREF signals.
The ADC operates from a single 2.7V-5.25V supply and includes an internal reference. Available in compact TSSOP-16 and QFN-16 packages.
