Description
The RS1220 is a 12-bit SAR ADC optimized for low-power applications. It features 2MSPS sampling rate with only 5mW power consumption.
With ±0.5 LSB INL/DNL and 70dB SNR, the RS1220 provides good performance for cost-sensitive applications. The ADC includes power-down modes for battery operation.
Operates from 2.7V-3.6V supply with SPI interface. Available in small SOT23-8 package.
