The CBMRF9009 is a high-performance wideband RF transceiver designed for 4G/5G base stations, small cells, and massive MIMO applications. It supports frequency ranges from 600MHz to 6GHz.
With integrated transmitter and receiver chains, the CBMRF9009 provides a complete RF solution. The device features excellent phase noise performance and low EVM for high-order modulation schemes.
The transceiver supports TDD and FDD operation modes with fast switching times. Digital interface enables integration with baseband processors.
