Description
The CBM94DA14 is a low-power 14-bit DAC designed for portable communications and battery-powered applications. It features 125MSPS update rate with excellent dynamic performance.
With 75dB SFDR and 68dB SNR, the CBM94DA14 delivers good signal quality while consuming only 180mW typical power.
The DAC accepts CMOS/LVDS digital inputs and provides single-ended or differential current output. Operating from 1.8V and 3.3V supplies.
