The BRD1165C is a low-current member of the BridgeSwitch-2 family, designed for small BLDC motor applications requiring up to 1.5A RMS.
This IC integrates two 600V FREDFETs with RDS(on) of 2.0Ω, providing cost-effective operation for small motors in appliances and fans.
The device maintains all BridgeSwitch-2 features including integrated bootstrap, phase sensing, and comprehensive protection in a compact package.
