The MPQ6570 integrates three half-bridges with 70V, 8A power MOSFETs for demanding motor control applications. The high voltage rating supports 48V industrial systems and automotive applications.
The device features integrated current sensing for accurate motor current monitoring without external sense resistors. Advanced protection includes over-current, over-temperature, and under-voltage lockout with programmable thresholds.
