Description
The MPQ6540 integrates three half-bridges with 40V, 2A power MOSFETs for motor control applications. The device supports both 3-phase BLDC motor control and dual brushed DC motor control through flexible configuration.
The integrated charge pump generates the high-side gate drive voltage, eliminating external capacitors in many applications. Protection features include over-current protection, thermal shutdown, and under-voltage lockout.
With its compact 4mm x 4mm QFN package, the MPQ6540 is ideal for cost-sensitive applications such as small fans, pumps, and consumer appliances. The 40V rating supports 12V and 24V motor applications.
