CUS-CAB-ASSY-01 can be manufactured in any length from 0.5m to 50m. Standard lengths are 1m, 2m, 5m, and 10m with shorter lead times. Custom lengths are available with the same 8-10 week lead time. For very long runs (>20m), consider signal integrity requirements for your application - we can add shielding or use larger gauge conductors as needed. What is the minimum bend radius for CUS-CAB-ASSY-01?
The minimum bend radius for CUS-CAB-ASSY-01 is 10 times the cable diameter (approximately 60mm for standard cable). This high-flex design allows installation in tight spaces and continuous motion applications. For static installations, maintain at least 5x bend radius. For continuous flex applications (robotic, cable carriers), use 15-20x bend radius for maximum life. The overmold area should not be bent - maintain straight section of at least 50mm from overmold.
