Description
The TPM8842 is a dual low-voltage H-bridge motor driver optimized for battery-powered applications. Each H-bridge can deliver up to 1.0A continuous output current with ultra-low voltage operation down to 1.8V.
The device features extremely low RDS(on) of 0.45Ω per H-bridge and ultra-low standby current of less than 1μA, maximizing battery life in portable applications.
Operating voltage range of 1.8V to 7V makes the TPM8842 ideal for single-cell Li-ion and battery-powered toys, portable devices, and low-voltage robotics applications.
